Chi-Ling Joanna Sinn

Learning Health Systems Lead, Burlington OHT

Joanna is passionate about harnessing data, evidence, and the power of people to build a better health and social care system. She works with OHT partners to design, test, and evaluate new ideas and also hopes to support OHT-wide capacity building in performance measurement and evaluation. Joanna completed her PhD in Aging, Health, and Well-being at the University of Waterloo.

Adeeta (OT Reg. Ont) is an IHPME student at the University of Toronto. Adeeta brings clinical and leadership experience related to hospital-based outpatient mental health services from her role as Clinical Lead with William Osler Health System. She will be focusing on digital health projects with the Burlington OHT.

At BOHT, Reham assesses the experiences of providers, clients and their caregivers to make sure that the services the BOHT provides is tailored to their needs and expectations. Additionally, Reham helps co-design new models of care to adapt to the evolving needs of our attributed population.

Amna Baig

System Navigator, Burlington OHT

Amna Baig is a passionate mental health advocate. She has completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Toronto. For the last six years, she has worked with a diverse clientele, including youth, people of all socioeconomic backgrounds, BIPOC and individuals experiencing mental and/or physical disabilities. Her work has always been around understanding and improving individuals’ lives by focusing on the systems that influence their mental and physical health.
